Adela CRISTEAAdela Cristea is one of the Ascent Group founders. Adela Cristea graduated Economics at the Western University Timisoara and studied Law at Vasile Goldis University in Arad. Meanwhile, she enriched her knowledge by attending a rich portfolio of courses and specializations abroad, at the Gent University in Belgium, the Gottingen University in Germany and the National Democratic Institute in Washington, USA. At the moment, Adela is attending a PhD program in Economics. Adela gathered her professional experience during more than twelve years in business, especially in managerial positions and in the human resources field, within multinational companies and also as a consultant. Adela is a certified consultant and trainer for the evaluation methods of personnel and training Identity Compass and LIFO. Outside the business area, Adela activates in the Academic environment, as a lecturer at the Economics and Finance section of the Vasile Goldis University in Arad, but also in the non- governmental area as a trainer of two prestigious American Institutes: International Republican Institute and Nationa Democratic Institute for whom she held courses in Romania, Albania, Morocco, Serbia, Hungary, Moldavian Republic and Indonesia.
